McMinnville is a great little town that is strategically located for those that are looking to flourish. It is a 25 minute drive to the capitol (Salem), an hour to the beach, and Portland is something like 30 miles away (I’m not going to estimate the time as traffic is…). During the winter we have Mt Hood only hours away. During the summer we have various lakes and rivers for you water enthusiasts. Now we know that the location is great, but what does it have to offer?
